So I decided to create my own Summer Bucket List. I've seen a few lists flying around the blog world but I originally got the inspiration from Care over at The Kippers Blog. I thought it'd be fun to look forward to planning some of these things with the family. Most of these things we do every summer but the majority of things on here are things we haven't done. For instance, I've been saying I want to go to the Farmers Market. They opened one up like 5 min away and I still haven't made out to visit. I've also been saying I want to catch the sun set. Maybe this way we'll push ourselves to do these things with the kids. Plus, doesn't everything look better on a list?? LOL I love making lists, and I tend to get things done if I write them down or add them on my calendar.
So tell me, what's on your list? and if you live in So Cal, anything missing or I should add to my list?? There's a lot of things many tourists visit when they come to Cali but most of that stuff I've already visited and was ok. Like Hollywood for instance or Griffith Park. Those are all short trips and honestly traffic in that direction is a biatch LOL
Anyhow here's my list, let's hope most of these will be checked off by the time Summer ends. When does summer end??

What a great idea, I may have to copy this!
Oh fun! I wish we lived in So Cal, then we could actually get around to finishing our summer bucket list, lol. Summer ends here about 4 weeks after it starts, womp womp wahhh :/
Anyway, we will be there in September and the #1 thing I am most looking forward to is hanging out on San Clemente pier. It's our favorite spot, they have a little restaurant overlooking the water and there are lots f festivals. Highly recommend checking it out, such a small overlooked beach town!
@Care, I've never been to San Clemente. I'll have to look that up and plan a trip there.
@Adriana, go for it :)
Great list! I really need to finish ours! I may take some of your ideas!!!
I live on the east coast but I loooove visiting San Diego! But I am not sure if that is close or not. Gaslamp district is awesome and Coronado!
We love visiting San Diego too! We just recently went but didn't get a chance to visit Gaslamp district. We've been there before though.
Actually just last year. We love going there!
Fun! I just read the same post on the Kipper blog and I love the idea! Hope you guys fly through your list the rest of the summer. :)
PS. Pinks is AMAZING!!!! Try the cheese fries....you won't be sorry. ;)
